Once you have gone through the process of “ordering” an electronic publication (PDF), you will need to log back into your account to access it. Once you have logged into your account, using your username and password, go to View Profile. Under View Profile, there is a button called My Downloads. Any publications that you have downloaded will be available there for 30 days.
