Reaffirmation – 2008 EPAS

Programs scheduled to be reviewed for determination of reaffirmation on the October 2010 COA agenda and subsequent agendas must use 2008 EPAS for reaffirmation.  Timetables for reaffirmation; accreditation fees; forms; accreditation review brief; and compliance, concern, and noncompliance statements for the 2008 EPAS are listed below. Be sure to read the Reaffirmation section of the 2008 EPAS Handbook and check it for updates throughout the reaffirmation process.

Programs opting to use the Alternative Reaffirmation on the February 2011 agenda (proposal at the February 2009 agenda) and subsequent agendas must use the 2008 EPAS.
