Booth Assignments and Priority Points

Excluding premium booth sales, CSWE uses a priority point ranking system to equitably assign booth spaces and recognize loyal exhibitors. Premium booths are sold on a first-come, first served basis and are offered at a higher price. If you exhibited at the 2010 APM, simply turn in your booth application (PDF) with full payment by April 4, and earn a priority ranking score.

Criteria

1. Priority Point Ranking

The highest ranking exhibitors participating in the last Annual Meeting are assigned space first. To take advantage of your priority standing, CSWE must receive a contract and required full payment by Monday, April 4. After this date space (excludes premium booth location) is assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis and unused priority points no longer apply.

2. Application Date

All exhibitors with the same point ranking are then prioritized by the date their required deposit was received. Prior to Monday, April 4 point ranking takes precedence to the date of application receipt.

3. Parent Entity Relationship

Exhibitors owned by the same parent entity may select space at the same time using the exhibitor unit that has acquired the highest priority points. Separate contracts for booth space are required to reserve each exhibitor’s individual identity. Exhibitors will continue to accrue priority points separately whether or not they exhibit together.
