This Track examines, describes, and discoveres (1) the rich and varied history of social work, social work education, or social welfare; (2) the impacts of early services and polices on a problem or population group; (3) pioneers who made a difference in the profession; and (4) fresh insights around the history of women, persons of color, immigrants, or regional influences on social work practice.
