The call for invited sessions proposals opened on Monday, January 10, 2011 and closed on Monday, February 28, 2011 at 11:59 pm (USA ET).
The following three invited sessions will be scheduled to occur during the 3 full days of the APM on October 28–30, 2011.
Hot Topics
These presentations are on emerging and important topics for social work educators or on topics not covered by other APM presentations. These sessions are selected or invited by the Council on Conferences and Faculty Development (CCFD). All special presentations are held in oral session rooms and are 90 minutes in length.
Partnership Presentations
Partnership presentations provide opportunities for social work education-related groups to report and promote their activities to those attending the 2011 APM. Due to meeting space availability, each group will be limited to one accepted presentation. The leadership of each organization may select and invite the presenters. The CCFD invites these organized groups to submit proposals under this special category of presentations. Each session is 90 minutes and is held during the regular session hours.
Series Sessions
Series sessions focus on the work of each of CSWE’s Commissions and Councils. These 90-minute sessions present issues of interest and showcase projects of these CSWE leadership groups.
