One LCD projector, screen, podium and wired microphone will be available in the session rooms at no cost to the presenter. The exceptions are electronic posters, posters, and roundtables, which do not use that type of equipment for their presentation delivery. We do not provide laptops or Internet access. All presenters must provide their own laptop computers to connect to the LCD projectors. Presenters using Macintosh computers that wish to use the LCD projectors must provide their own cables to connect to the projectors.
If you would like to rent additional audio visual equipment and Internet accessibility, you will need to complete a 2011 APM Audio-Visual Equipment Order Form and submit it with payment. All additional fees will be the responsibility of the presenters.
