Finding a Job Panels

Format Overview

These 75-minute informal question and answer sessions provide social work students of all degree levels with the opportunity to participate in discussion forums on finding a job whether they are in the beginning, intermediate, or advanced job hunting stage. Held in the Exhibit Hall’s CSWE Career Center Session Room, these panels allow students to complement lessons learned at APM peer-reviewed sessions and to learn how to conduct independent job searches. After a brief introduction, students will be free to ask panelists any question related to that session’s topic. Panelists will answer based on personal experience with general guidance from the session moderator who is also a topic expert. Also, learn about our three writing workshops for students.
