Susan Moreno—Panelist

Susan S. Moreno obtained her MA in gerontology from Trinity University and her MSW from Our Lady of the Lake University. She spent nearly 15 years working in the nonprofit sector in positions, including the director of the United Way Help Line and director of Older Adult Services with Jewish Family Service. Moreno has spent the last 12 years working in various positions in medical social work. She has been the director of a geri-psych unit at St. Luke’s Baptist Hospital, the director of case management for HealthSouth RIOSA, and worked as a social worker in other acute rehabilitation units. Presently, she is employed with HCR Manor Care as the director of social services.
