We invite submissions that showcase research, theory, and pedagogy that inform all levels of practice with the lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) population. Papers exploring creative and innovate research, practice, and conceptual methods and models are encouraged. We welcome presentations that highlight the strengths, diversity and vulnerabilities of LGBT people and communities. One goal of this symposium is to share knowledge that encourages dialogue about the intersection of multiple oppressions such as racism, sexism, and ableism in the lives of LGBT people.
