All proposals will be pre-screened in terms of their compliance with the procedural guidelines. APM staff will notify presenters about proposals that fail to comply, with an indication of the problem encountered. If still non-compliant after Sunday, February 28, the proposal will be withdrawn from the submission pool. Proposals that successfully pass the pre-screening process will be sent for review to the APM Proposal Review Committee. Three experts in the designated topic area will review each proposal, then a second review will be performed by Track Chairs. Proposals for the preconference development workshops will be reviewed by the Council on Conferences and Faculty Development.
