Proposals must be submitted by Sunday, February 28 to be considered for presentation and must include the following to be accepted. CSWE Membership Card/Membership number (if applicable). This will auto-fill your information to expedite the process.
- Full name, title, organization, address, phone, fax, e-mail, and brief biography for each presenter. Ensure you have the correct spelling of each name. Think Tank proposals also require the submission to include the name of the session chair.
- Information regarding membership waiver qualification for each presenter (if request is to be made). This includes whether the individual is a social work practitioner; or a practitioner or academician in another discipline (i.e., nursing); or an academician from outside the U.S.; or a student enrolled in a degree program at the baccalaureate, master's or doctoral level.
- Your submission information, including title, overview, proposal, references, and learning objectives. You will be able to copy and paste this information from another document.
