Responding to a call for action, a panel representing social work education and advocacy in Texas will share their experiences, challenges, and successes while operating in a political environment that runs counter to their missions. Panelists will highlight experiences working with vulnerable populations in Texas, including communities of color and LGBTQ+ communities.  Come learn how social workers and social work education can be a part of these efforts.
