CSWE Holds 2016 Minority Fellowship Program-Youth Training

Thirty nine master’s students from 23 social work programs received training, March 6th–8th, in Alexandria, VA. These MFP-Youth fellows represent the second cohort of advanced social work students committed to providing mental health services to children, adolescents, and transition age youths. In addition to in-person and webinar trainings, the fellowship offers financial and other professional development supports. The fellowship is funded by a grant from the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA).
