Wednesday, October 23

1:00 pm–4:00 pm RETURNING FROM LAST YEAR CSWE Leadership Institute 
The Leadership Development Institute is intended for anyone interested in leadership development. This institute will feature two concurrent series of workshops on understanding social work admissions and enrollment trends and finding your path in social work academia. Learn more.

Cost: $50 for members, $100 for nonmembers

NEW THIS YEAR  Integrative Approaches for the Future of Social Work Education  
This preconference institute will explore integrative approaches, including body-mind-spirit, art-based, spiritually based, and culturally based holistic practices in the context of social work curricula. Participants will receive state-of-the-art information on integrative approaches, have opportunities to experience integrative modalities, and learn how to infuse integrative approaches into learning environments. Learn more

The full-day preconference Field Education Institute is designed for anyone interested in field education. 10:00 am–5:00 pm RETURNING FROM LAST YEAR Teaching Institute for Early Career Faculty 
This highly interactive institute for faculty members with fewer than 3 years of teaching experience will address key elements of course and curriculum design, including strategies for working with adult learners and engaging with diverse students and new approaches to teaching with technology. Learn more
