Presenter Information


  • Please choose an email that you will use throughout your APM process this year
  • Use this same email for your conference registration
  • The email should be valid until November, 2017 as all further communication about the 2017 APM will be via e-mail and ongoing throughout the year
  • It is your responsibility to notify us of any organizational moves that affect your e-mail address
  • Please be aware that domains such as, often reject mass e-mails and this may affect your ability to receive communications from

Presenter Anonymity within the Proposal Content

To ensure anonymity for the blinded, peer-review process, DO NOT include identifying information in the title, the overview references, or objectives.

  • NO presenters' names
  • NO school names
  • NO city
  • NO state

Proposals submitted with identifying information will not be considered and will be automatically withdrawn from the submission pool and not reviewed.

Presenter Personal Information

For each presenter enter the following:

  • Full name
  • Institution/organization/affiliation
  • Position or job title
  • Mailing address
  • Phone
  • Fax
  • E-mail address, and
  • Brief biography

Ensure you have the correct spelling of each name, including double-last names. Please remember to use the same name and e-mail to register that you use in the proposal submission. They are matched to complete presenter compliance.
