Crystal Pegues is the professional development coordinator at CSWE. In her role at CSWE, she manages learning and development programs, membership engagement, annual conference coordination and creates innovative developmental ideas in the department of professional development. Crystal is originally from the Washington, DC metropolitan area and has worked in program development, management, and technology. Crystal has a passion for psychology, social work, and education. Prior to joining CSWE, she worked for the Maryland Department of Labor as a program manager, then later worked with Price Waterhouse Coopers as a learning and development manager.
