Javier Caballero joined CSWE in November 2022 and is a coordinator in the communication and membership department. He specializes in social media marketing and video production and has a history of working in the social work nonprofit space. Although his career started in video production, he quickly branched out to other digital media work, later focusing more on marketing as he noticed that was where his work would have the most impact for an organization. He earned his B.A. in communication and media design at Marymount University in 2017 and holds an MBA from the College of William and Mary with a focus in marketing.
