Accreditation Specialist

Karen Chapman is an accreditation specialist at the Council for Social Work Education (CSWE). Her core professional values reflect a commitment to integrity and ethics. She has served as a social work instructor for CSWE-accredited institutions. Her direct practice experience includes employment in the medical social work setting in palliative care, hemodialysis, and hospital social work in Dublin, Ireland. She also has fundraising experience, including grant writing.

She received her Master of Social Work (MSW) at East Carolina University; and she obtained her Master of Public Administration (MPA) through a joint program with the University of South Carolina and the College of Charleston.
