Ronda Keys, MBA, CMP Fellow, CMM, CEM serves as the Director of Meetings & Operations at the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE). In this role, she leads strategic planning and execution of all meetings and operational initiatives, creating high-impact programs and events that enhance member engagement. With over 20 years of experience across corporate, higher education, and government settings, she specializes in large-scale events and member-focused initiatives.
Ronda holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Maryland. She also serves on multiple boards within the arts community, where she works to advance inclusive programming, support policy development, and cultivate strategic partnerships for long-term community impact.
