Vice President, Administration and Operations
Tajuana Smith, MBA, is the Vice President of Administration and Operations at CSWE. In this role, Tajuana leads and manages business/operational planning and support services for the organization through a broad range of activities, including oversight and management of the day-to-day administration and operations as it relates to Finances, Meetings and Operations, and Human Resources (HR).
Tajuana has more than a decade of experience working as an HR professional in various roles. From January 2024 to May 2025, she served as CSWE’s HR Business Partner, managing HR operations, employee experience, and culture and talent management initiatives. Additionally, she ensured CSWE's compliance with employment laws and human resources policies aligned with the mission and values of the organization.
Tajuana obtained her Master's of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management from Strayer University. Additionally, she obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Music with a concentration in voice from Virginia State University. When she is not contributing her talents at CSWE, Tajuana enjoys being a mom to her 7-year-old son, 11-year-old daughter and her 2 fur baby dogs. She spends her time frequently at Burn Bootcamp and serving at Move Church in Woodbridge, VA, as a vocalist.
