The new site, which has been in development for much of the past year, will be a significant upgrade over the current iteration, which launched in March 2022. Users will find a more intuitive and understandable navigation framework, upgrades to both the program and CSWE member directories, a more modern member portal, better search functionality, and a much-improved look and feel.
“The member survey we conducted last year confirmed what we already knew—that our website is frequently a source of frustration for members and visitors alike” said Matt Hooper, CSWE’s Vice President of Communications and Membership. “Over the past year, we have worked diligently to design and build a website that is more accessible, easier to navigate, and worthy of our membership and programs. We are excited for its debut and looking forward to hearing member feedback on the new experience.”
The site will debut well in advance of CSWE’s 72nd Annual Conference, which kicks off in Atlanta on October 22. It also sets the stage for the organization’s 75th anniversary celebration in 2027.
One significant upgrade members and book lovers will appreciate is a reimagined CSWE Bookstore. The new store, powered by Shopify, will make it easier to buy directly from our organization as opposed to third-party retailers. As now, CSWE members will enjoy a 10 percent discount on all Bookstore purchases.
