The Advisory Board was formed to advise and support the continued success and activities of the Center by collaborating with and supporting CSWE staff and the Center for Diversity and Social & Economic Justice Scholar in content development, dissemination, and presentations. Advisory Board members will be asked to annually conduct webinars for CSWE members on topics related to Diversity and Social & Economic Justice.
Advisory Board members bring distinctive knowledge in:
- Curriculum and educational strategies, including learning theories and effective methods for teaching about social justice.
- Faculty development, including providing opportunities for growth for faculty in the realms of diversity and social and economic justice.
- Research strategies, including planning and conducting rigorous relevant research, and dissemination of findings.
