Up and Down arrows will open main level menus and toggle through sub tier links. Enter and space open menus and escape closes them as well. Tab will move on to the next part of the site rather than go through menu items.

Vitali Chamov, MA

Manager, NADD & Leadership Initiatives and International Degree Review

Vitali HeadshotVitali brings more than 20 years of progressive experience in nonprofit administration to his role as the manager for the National Association of Deans and Directors of Schools of Social Work (NADD). Vitali manages NADD’s daily operations, listserv, and membership lists. He works with vendors and contractors, negotiates with hotels, oversees event sponsorships, organizes conference and meetings, and collaborates with NADD’s Secretary, Treasurer, Vice President for Programming, and the Chair of the National Nominating Committee, as well as various task forces to achieve goals.

In addition, Vitali manages two of NADD’s esteemed training programs – the Leadership Academy for Deans and Directors, and Future Leaders in Social Work Education. Doing so entails running 4-5 meetings annually and facilitating activities aimed at professional development.

Vitali oversees the International Social Work Degree Review Service as well. He manages the flow of applicants and applications and works with individuals to take them through the required procedures from A-Z. Vitali also engages with application reviewers and contractors, prepares and sends determination letters to applicants and licensing boards, manages an applicant database, responds to inquiries, and scans documents for review.

The unparalleled results Vitali reliably delivers in his role evidence the high value he places on the social work profession. Vitali is an avid reader of literature and a huge fan of Colombian writer Gabriel García Márquez.
