2017 Program Recipients

The CSWE 2017 Summer Leadership Scholarship Programs are an initiative of the CSWE Leadership Institute. CSWE is proud to recognize the two recipients of these 2017 scholarships.

Two attended the 2017 Harvard Institutes of Higher Education (HIHE). They will be honored at the 2017 CSWE Leadership Networking Reception to be held at the 2017 APM in Dallas.

This program is a joint effort with HIHE for the participation of CSWE-recommended persons in HIHE summer residential sessions. The Harvard Management Development Program (MDP), held June 4–16, 2017, is designed for deans, associate deans, directors, program directors, and other administrators and the Institute for Management and Leadership in Education (MLE), held June 18–30, 2017, is designed for administrators with 5–12 years of experience.

HERS Bryn Mawr Summer Institute
This program is a joint effort with the 2016 HERS Bryn Mawr Summer Institute for the participation of CSWE-recommended persons. The program was held July 10–21, 2017. Each summer since 1976, the HERS Bryn Mawr Summer Institute for Women in Higher Education Administration has provided a residential program with an intensive leadership and management curriculum for approximately 70 women faculty members and administrators on the Bryn Mawr College campus.
No applicants were selected in 2017 but the program will continue in 2018.
