The Minority Fellowship Program (MFP) is targeted to social work doctoral students who are preparing to provide leadership in practice, research, teaching, and/or policy promulgation in organizations addressing mental health and/or substance use disorders with individuals, groups and communities. The fellowship provides students with professional development training, mentorship, and other supports.
