Register an External Function

External meetings/function requests are for ancillary events held in conjunction with the 2022 Annual Program Meeting (APM). These are activities hosted by exhibiting groups and related organizations such as advisory boards, business, and focus groups, and social functions. Any organization (commercial or nonprofit) that wishes to hold functions of any size or nature at the Hilton Anaheim Hotel located in Anaheim, California from November 10–13, 2022 must complete an online form.

APM operational policies allow external function meeting space requests to be assigned only during times that do not conflict with official APM programming, exhibits, or events.

  • CSWE contracted meeting space at the Hilton Anaheim is very limited. CSWE does not have contracted meeting space at the Sheraton.
  • All requests will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis until the space is full.
  • CSWE cannot guarantee a meeting room, particular date, time, and location for submitted requests.
  • You must submit a first choice and second choice with two different dates. The system will return an error if you don’t select two different dates.

NOTE: CSWE will attempt to schedule your event as requested; however, due to limited space for the 2022 APM, the number of events that can be scheduled may be fewer than in previous years.
